About the Role

We are seeking a Retail Assistant to join our team and support the smooth operation of our warehouse while also being responsible for providing excellent customer service in our retail environment. By working in multiple areas of the business, you will become a valuable team member with an extensive knowledge of the company.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Providing excellent customer service in the retail environment
• Effectively promoting and selling products
• Answering phone inquiries
• Assisting with general requests
• Merchandising
• Receiving and unpacking incoming stock
• Storing and organising inventory in the warehouse
• Picking and packing orders
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Operating forklift (training provided)

To be successful in this role:

If you have experience, then that’s great! But we also have the resources to train people new to the industry.
