About the Role:

As our Warehouse Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our construction warehouse operations—managing orders, keeping records up to date, and preparing jobs for our solar installers. You’ll also get involved in general warehouse support when needed.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Data entry and stock processing: Accurately receive and record incoming stock in the inventory system
• Purchase order management: Raise and follow up on purchase orders with suppliers
• Inventory tracking: Monitor stock levels, assist with regular stocktakes, and investigate discrepancies
• Job and order coordination: Prepare and check materials for upcoming jobs or outgoing orders
• Backorder and delivery follow-ups: Track overdue items and communicate with suppliers or internal teams about expected timelines
• Register and document maintenance: Maintain safety, equipment, and chemical registers in line with compliance requirements
• Fleet and asset coordination: Book vehicle servicing and update fleet logs when needed
• Communication and liaison: Act as a point of contact between warehouse staff, suppliers, and internal teams
• General warehouse support: Help with basic warehouse duties during busy periods or as required

About You:

• Great attention to detail and confident with computer systems
• Proactive and organised—you like ticking things off a list
• Strong communicator who can coordinate with multiple teams
• Willing to pitch in with general warehouse tasks when needed
• Driver’s Licence required (Forklift licence a bonus)
