Springers Solar is looking for a passionate and capable People and Culture Manager to join our leadership team and help shape the future of our business.

We’re a diverse business with retail stores, an online store, installation crews, warehouse teams, and growing office staff — and we’re proud to keep everything in-house.

While this role is based in Lawnton, we’re entering an exciting phase of growth — having just purchased a brand-new site on the Sunshine Coast. This location will include office space,a retail store, a dedicated online warehouse, and a base for our installation teams and fleet. Alongside our head office in Lawnton and our retail-only store in Capalaba, this expansion marks a major milestone — and you’ll play a key role in everything that comes with it.

You’ll manage the full employee lifecycle, provide strategic HR support to managers, and help us continue building an engaged, high-performing team across multiple locations. This role offers plenty of variety — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, workforce planning, and shaping culture as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
• Support managers with performance, KPIs, and compliance
• Drive culture and engagement initiatives across all sites
• Coordinate staff training, licensing, and certification requirements
• Oversee our in-house apprentice program
• Support workforce planning and departmental structure
• Audit processes across retail and warehouse operations
• Contribute to strategic projects like the Sunshine Coast expansion

About You:

• Proven HR experience across generalist or business partner roles
• Confident working with leadership and frontline teams
• Practical, organised, and people-focused
• Comfortable juggling priorities and rolling up your sleeves
• Ready to grow with a company that values initiative and teamwork
• Tertiary level qualification in HR or a related field
