We’re on the lookout for an HR all-rounder who loves keeping things organised, supporting people, and making sure the behind-the-scenes stuff runs smoothly.

At Springers Solar, we do things a little differently — we’ve got retail stores, an online shop, installation crews, warehouses, and office teams… and we keep it all in-house. We’ve been family owned since 2002, and our team feels like family too.

This role is all about being the go-to person for HR admin — the one who keeps records up to date, helps managers with their people questions, and makes sure new team members have a smooth start.

Key Responsibilities

• Posting job ads, organising interviews, and making sure new starters feel welcome
• Keeping employee files, contracts, and licences up to date (yep, you’ll be the one who knows where everything is!)
• Helping with training, compliance, and the occasional “have you done your induction yet?” reminder
• Being the first point of contact for everyday HR questions from staff and managers
• Pitching in with payroll and timesheet queries when needed
• Helping run fun team events and engagement activities
• General HR admin — keeping things ticking along behind the scenes

About You

• Some experience in HR admin or general admin background
• A natural organiser who notices details others miss
• Someone friendly, approachable, and good at building relationships
• Tech-savvy with systems and happy to learn new tools
• Bonus points if you’re studying or have qualifications in HR, but it’s not a deal-breaker
