Dexus Richlands Industrial Estate

In 2021, Springers Solar was engaged by McNab Developments on behalf of Dexus Property Group to design and install a commercial solar energy system for a Richlands industrial estate. The multi-building complex comprises three large warehouses (4 tenancies) totalling 30,237 sqm.

A 500kW QCells and SolarEdge solar energy system was designed to suit the industrial premises, meeting strict tender requirements, Australian energy standards, and safety legislation. A comprehensive project management plan was formulated to ensure seamless cooperation between other parties, including construction parties, on-site. 

This commercial project was spearheaded by Springers Solar's in-house projects team, consisting of a commercial PV solar designer, electrical engineer, project manager, and qualified commercial solar and electrical installation team.
